This project included a house and pool and included installing pool fill. The lot is canal front so care was required in keeping the debris and silt from the water.

Contractor was Howell Construction.
Project Location Siesta Key Beach.
This home required 3 days to demolish and remove.
This home was beach front on Siesta Key so required care as concerned the dunes.
Sarasota County Emergency Demolition
The contractor is Sarasota County Code Enforcement.
Project Location is Sarasota.
This project is scheduled for 8 days.
This project is an Emergency demolition for Sarasota County. The 4 duplexes were abandoned during renovation and required immediate demolition and abatement. Our time from Estimation to start has been 10 business days.
The Sarasota Opera House The Sarasota Opera House was completed in seven weeks for Willis A. Smith
Construction. It was a major interior selective demolition and concrete
cutting project. We began the project in May and finished the middle of June
